Well folks. After 6 years, 152.50 credits, 4 different majors, 1 study abroad to Paris, and 1 internship in Ghana, I am graduating. Who decided this was a good idea? It sure wasn't me. Since 1992 when I entered 1st grade, school has been my focus and my purpose in life. While I am planning on eventually getting a Master's degree, I've finished all my formal schooling for the time being. So. Weird. I really don't feel like I've gained enough knowledge to receive a diploma. BUT. I know that the most important thing I learned during my time at BYU is that I love to learn. And while I may not be in a formal school setting for the moment, I will never stop my search for knowledge. My future is rather uncertain, but I am grateful for the foundation I gained from my undergraduate education. Here's to the next step in life!
P.S. Who decided that you're supposed to put a huge sheet over you and a square of cardboard on your head in order to graduate? Definitely not the most flattering attire.
